PLEASE NOTE

There is a discount of $10 per person for early registration. To be eligible for this discount registrations must be postmarked no later than 12 / 7 / 05.

Also included is an opportunity to join the SFCC for the entire 2006 lecture program at a favorable discounted rate with your seminar registration, saving $30 for an individual membership $60 for a dual membership.

Regular annual dues are $60 for an individual membership and $95 for dual membership ( 2 persons at the same address ).
